This policy describes how Ecooz processes personal data when you use Consolieri cloud services at consolieri.app.

Data we process
Account identifiers (name, email), authentication metadata from Keycloak, device and backup metadata for cloud sync, billing and subscription status processed via Paddle, and optional analytics events if you consent to cookies.
Purposes
We process data to authenticate users, provide cloud backup and subscription features, prevent abuse, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.
Processors
We use infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, Keycloak identity, Paddle for payments (merchant of record), and Google Analytics only when you opt in.
Retention
Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as required for security, billing disputes, and legal compliance. Cloud backups follow product retention limits.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Contact support@ecooz.com to exercise these rights.
