By using Consolieri cloud services you agree to these terms. The Consolieri desktop application is also distributed under GPL-3.0.
Service
Consolieri provides optional cloud features that complement the open-source desktop app, including encrypted backup storage and subscription management.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions
Paid Personal subscriptions are billed through Paddle as merchant of record. Features unlock while the subscription status is active or trial. Taxes and invoicing follow Paddle’s checkout flow.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, store illegal content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Ecooz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Consolieri cloud features.
